New businesses, solo operators, and small crews are welcome. Your application is reviewed for the services and areas you select.
Business and contact details
Your business name, contact name, phone, email, address, and a description of your work. New businesses can enter zero years in business.
Your services and coverage
Choose the services you offer and up to two current markets. Check your ZIP and service before creating an account.
Accurate qualifications
If you say you are licensed, provide your license details. If you say you are insured, upload a certificate of insurance. You are responsible for the licenses and coverage required for your work.
Review and payment readiness
Review the Provider Terms and save a supported payment method before submitting your application for review. Saving the payment method alone does not charge you. Account creation alone does not approve your application or reserve a seat.
