How it works for providers

Apply once. See exact matches. Buy lead access deliberately.

Homing Work limits provider capacity and project purchases in its Washington, DC Metro market so businesses can evaluate focused opportunities before spending.

Provider journey

From application to a durable purchase record.

  1. STEP 01

    Complete the business application

Provide business and contact details, requested services, the available Washington, DC Metro market, operating history, applicable license or insurance information, notification preferences, and agreement to provider terms.

  2. STEP 02

    Save a payment method

A supported payment method is required before lead purchase. Payment credentials stay with the payment processor; Homing Work does not request a bank account or create provider payouts.

  3. STEP 03

    Receive exact service access

Approval is specific to the Washington, DC Metro market and a service. Each market-and-service combination supports at most 20 active provider seats; an eligible twenty-first provider is waitlisted.

  4. STEP 04

    Review eligible lead previews

See only published opportunities that match an active approved seat. Preview information is useful for a purchase decision but excludes customer identity and full contact details.

  5. STEP 05

    Purchase contact access

Confirm the displayed lead price while a spot remains. The purchase is atomic and first-come, first-served; no more than three unique businesses can buy access to one project.

  6. STEP 06

    Receive aggregate billing

Lead fees enter an internal ledger. Eligible unbilled fees are invoiced when the balance reaches $500, or the remaining balance is invoiced at month-end.

Purchase boundary

A lead fee buys access, not a job.

Before purchase, the provider sees the marketplace price and remaining availability. After a successful transaction, the business receives only the contact information needed to reach the customer.

  • No monthly subscription fee is included in the launch model.
  • No separate card charge is created for each individual lead.
  • A refund or credit does not silently create a fourth contact spot.
  • The provider handles its own estimate, customer agreement, service work, and customer payment.
