For service providers

Choose focused opportunities for the services and markets you know.

Homing Work shows eligible Washington, DC Metro providers a non-identifying project preview and a fixed lead-access price. Your business decides whether to purchase before customer contact details are revealed.

No bank connection
Pay for lead access. Keep the customer relationship independent.

Save a card securely before buying leads.

Homing Work does not process customer project payments or provider payouts.

Your business quotes, contracts with, and receives payment from the customer directly.

First 10 approved seats per industry: 5 free lead unlocks

Your business receives a unique coupon automatically when an eligible seat is approved. It covers five lead unlocks in that industry and is applied for you. Each business can receive one code per industry across all markets. After five uses, normal lead pricing applies and you must confirm each paid unlock. Seat release or reapproval does not reset the offer.

Capacity by design

Three limits keep access focused.

Service-area selection, provider capacity, and project availability are protected by server and database rules—not by a screen counter alone.

Provider model

Know the rules before you apply.

Applications are reviewed for the requested services and service area. A market-and-service combination that already has 20 active seats uses a waitlist rather than admitting a twenty-first provider.

Exact matching

A lead appears only when its five-digit ZIP belongs to an approved market and its service matches an active provider seat.

First come, first served

An eligible lead remains available until three unique provider businesses have purchased it.

Price shown first

The lead-access price and remaining availability appear before purchase. A purchase buys contact access, not a guaranteed job.

Aggregate billing

Eligible fees accumulate and are invoiced at a $500 balance or at month-end for the remainder.

Qualified-day activity

A seat can be released only after 14 inventory-qualified inactive days, warning stages, and a 72-hour grace period.

Complete applications

A business must provide complete requested information before Homing Work will consider its application.
