Provider lead pricing

See the lead price before you decide. Pay in aggregate after purchase.

The approved pricing model will give each project its own lead-access price using current demand and a percentage of the project's reviewed estimated value. Providers will choose whether to purchase; customers are never charged by Homing Work.

Per-project lead pricing

Demand + value

reviewed for each project

The approved model will combine current marketplace demand with a percentage of the project's reviewed estimated value. The exact price will be shown before a provider chooses to purchase.

First 10 approved seats per industry: 5 free lead unlocks

Your business receives a unique coupon automatically when an eligible seat is approved. It covers five lead unlocks in that industry and is applied for you. Each business can receive one code per industry across all markets. After five uses, normal lead pricing applies and you must confirm each paid unlock. Seat release or reapproval does not reset the offer.

What determines a lead price

Project-specific and visible before purchase.

Homing Work will assess current demand and the project's estimated-value range, apply the approved percentage, and require administrator review before publication.

Reviewed project value
The estimated project-value range is reviewed before it is used to calculate a lead price.
Current demand
The approved model will consider marketplace demand for the project's service and area together with the value percentage.
Price shown before purchase
The eligible provider sees the lead-access price and remaining availability before deciding whether to purchase.

How billing works

A ledger first, then one itemized invoice.

Every successful paid lead purchase creates one immutable internal ledger entry. Coupon unlocks add no fee. Billing groups eligible entries so a provider is not charged separately for every lead.

  1. 01

    Save a payment method

Paid lead access requires an active supported payment method. Homing Work never stores raw card details.

  2. 02

    Purchase a lead

The successful contact-access purchase creates one debit in the provider's unbilled ledger.

  3. 03

    Reach a billing trigger

All eligible unbilled entries are grouped when the balance reaches at least $500, or at a fixed month-end cutoff for any remainder.

  4. 04

    Receive itemized records

The invoice or receipt identifies the included lead purchases. Payment, failure, credit, and refund history is preserved.

No customer billing

Homing Work does not create customer payment forms, invoices, or project charges.

No monthly subscription

The launch model charges per purchased lead, without a recurring subscription fee.

No payout system

Providers receive project payment from customers directly. Homing Work does not ask for a bank account or send provider payouts.
